Your Stress Questionaire

What are the sources of stress in your present situation?

Is it lack of time?

Are you swamped by paperwork?

Are you doing too much travelling?

In what way do these sources of stress make you feel threatened?

Does a lack of time make you feel inadequate, leading to poor self-esteem?

How do you personally reflect stress?

Do you suffer headaches, aches and pains or irritability etc?

Do you have any methods for controlling the stress?

Do you exercise, have hobbies or take alcohol? Awareness is the key to control…

You cannot correct anything until you realise there’s something wrong.

Observation or honest self-analysis is needed to start to minimise the consequences of stress.
